NYE @ THE SHELTER (4 ROOMS).
Hogmanay Shelter Warehouse Party was curated by local Edinburgh promotions company FLY Club. It was hosted in a disused warehouse in Edinburgh’s infamous Cowgate district. The event was headlined by DJ’s from Main Ingredient, Huntleys & Palmers and Glasgow’s own Lucky Me.
For this event we provided sound systems & DJ equipment for three separate rooms plus the VIP bar. It’s worth noting that, due to the original lighting supplier falling through, we managed to source a complete lighting package and install it in parts to each room around two hours before the doors opened. This was a massive undertaking and we had to pull several favours with local productions companies to secure these lights so late on New Year’s Day.
The event was full to the brim with revellers and each room had more than enough system to cover the high level of customers. We were highly praised by the event organisers for sourcing the lighting in such short notice, as the event would more than likely have been cancelled if we hadn’t been able too.
