DJ Era is the nom de guerre of one of the founding members of the rig. When not lending a hand in the day to day activities of the collective, he can usually be found considering the tracks he might deploy in the systematic decimation of an entire club, training away on his Serato setup in order to imbue a new level of savagery into upcoming sets.
His residencies at both Electrikal and Big N Bashy allow him to unleash his intense medleys of grime, jungle, juke and dubstep upon respectable crowds on a regular basis. When not conducting the fracas down at The Bongo, he’ll be co-hosting the weekly Big N Bashy show with Deburgh on internet radio outlet, Nasty FM. Just lend him 10 minutes of your eartime and he’ll no doubt show you why his nickname of ‘The Don’ has been affectionately bestowed upon him by those who see him ruff tings up.
